Introduction[]
The Bougai Bougai no Mi is a Logia devil fruit that allows the consumer to transform into, generate and manipulate Bougai Particles. These particles are a by-product of Helium-3 naturally trying to leave the atmosphere while being exposed to Ultraviolet and other cosmic rays during its time in the Ozone layer. Due to this exposure, the particles become electromagnetically charged and can cause interference to Radio and Microwaves when sufficiently condensed into an area.

Usage[]
The primary function of this devil fruit is the ability to transform into, generate and manipulate "Bougai Particles", turning the consumer into a "Interference human" (Bougai Ningen). While practically harmless in a diffused state, the fruit still grants the user the same strengths as a typical Logia.
Strengths[]
Aside from the typical strengths provided by a Logia fruit, the Bougai Bougai no Mi can allow the user to cause Interference with Radio and Microwaves in the vicinity of the user. This can be used to disrupt communications to make surprise attacks easier or make escaping easier as it becomes difficult to organise a pursuit. Due to this Interference ability growing stronger the greater the particle density becomes, Kona does state that it is entirely possible that the fruit has other functionality that can be unlocked via controlling the particle density.
Weaknesses[]
Bougai Particles are practically harmless in a diffused state and the Interference they cause can only be created by sufficiently condensing the particles. Additionally, the range of Interference is limited and cannot disrupt communications on a global, or even national level.
The user suffers from standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.
