The Happa Happa no Mi (Blasting Blasting Fruit) is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that bestows upon its consumer the ability to materialize, manipulate, and or metamorphose into caesium. It was eaten by Strong-Arm.
Advantages[]
Caesium is pyrophoric, meaning that it spontaneously ignites whenever it is exposed to air. Such pyrophoricity allows the consumer of the Happa Happa no Mi to wield Caesium in a manner similar to how the consumer of the Mera Mera no Mi wields fire.
Disadvantages[]
Caesium's pyrophoricity makes it fatal for the consumer to metamorphose, for the consumer will spontaneously ignite upon doing so. Thus the consumer is incapable of safely "dodging" attacks in the same manner as other logia. Other than that the consumer suffers from the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.
Strong-Arm's Techniques[]
Happa Happa no Hadou - Blasting Blasting Surge - Is a maneuver where Strong-Arm materializes caesium upon the back of her left shoulder. Said caesium will spontaneously ignite in a manner that'll rapidly propel Strong-Arm towards her target(s) mechanical fist-first.
