The Hito Hito no Mi, Moderu: Rongua-mu (Human Human Fruit, Model: Longarm) is a Zoan-type Devil Fruit which bestows onto its consumer the ability to willfully become either a member of the Longarm Tribe or a hybrid of a "normal" human and a member of the Longarm Tribe, thus turning the consumer into a Rongua-mu Ningen (Longarm Human).
Advantages[]
As a Longarm Tribal, the consumer will be in possession of arms which are much longer than the arms of a "normal" human. Thus the consumer's reach will be significantly augmented.The consumer will also have two elbows, allowing him or her to manipulate his or her arms in a manner which would have been impossible for him or her otherwise. As a hybrid, the consumer will have long arms but not an extra elbow. Thus the user retains the reach of a Longarm Tribal, but is left without the possibly foreign feeling extra elbow.
Disadvantages[]
It lacks the impressiveness of other Zoan-type fruits, being that it essentially only makes one arms longer rather than gives you an assortment of new features like other Zoan fruits. Also it is possible that one never grows accustomed to having an extra elbow, meaning that the Longarm Tribal form could prove to be a liability rather than an aset. The lengthy arms of the hybrid arms can possible be cumbersome to those without the necessary upper body strength, meaning that the hybrid form could be useless as well. Essentially it is a very high-maintainence fruit. In order to make fulll use of it, one has to fulfill a lot of prerequisites. Other than that, it suffers from the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.
