Lancia Angeloni (ランチア, Ranchia Angeloni), also known as Fresh Wind (鮮風, Senfū) is a pirate and a main protagonist of Fan-fiction story One Crew. He is a distant brother of the Rocky Matthew and an uncle of George D. Matthew. His late mother was a noble who lived in Mariejois and his father worked for Revolutionary Army in one of their bases until it was destroyed by Marshal D. Teach along with Lancia's father. He is also a captain of The Hoffnung Pirates, but not only that, he is also affiliated with Revolutionary Army where he serves as a backup for their bases. In a world of pirates he also has connections with Kaido, one of the Four Emperors. During his travels he has found and eaten Ekishou Ekishou no Mi which gives him the power to control Liquid Crystal.
As the captain, Lancia has gained worldwide reputation, for his strong connections in world with some of the most powerful personas who oppose World Government. Aside from those, maybe the most important role in this has had his crew with which he had committed many crimes and foolish deeds. The most important role in him being widely known is his and his crew' strength, for which it was said that it could compete with many dangerous pirates in the New World. He also has many allies, both individuals and pirate crews such as The Bold Pirates, Donovan D. Dragon and many others, that also includes organization Six Star Gods.
Lancia was born while his mother was in West Blue, on Dawn Island where he was named by Clover. After his mother died because of illness, he was left alone in Mariejois and given that his family was hated by other nobles; he was forced to become a slave of other nobles. That event provoked him to burn down the house which took him as a slave and made him escape from the city. After that, hee encountered Edward Newgate who took him aboard his ship and trained him, until Lancia left the ship to establish The Hoffnung Pirates. After that he then found his father working with Monkey D. Dragon with whom he made a pact to help each other when needed.
Right now Lancia is sailing together with his nakama on their ship Conquistador to pursue their dreams. His biggest dream is to find Raftel and to have a banquet on island with all his allies that he treasures more than everything in the world.
