The Chicchaihige Kaizokudan (Weebeard Pirates) is a pirate crew captained by Fergus Drummond and a constituent of the Nashi Hige no Kaizoku Gun (No Beard Pirate Army). They're one of the three main antagonists of One Piece of Music's Conscription Arc.
